Choir Bee of the Week: Suman Kumar '16

 This week's Choir Bee of the Week is a ray of sunshine in rehearsal, during our performances, and on tour. Suman Kumar is easily one of the most friendly and caring human beings on earth, so let's get to know her!

3. Favorite song to put you in a happy mood: Charms, Abel Korzeniowski 
4. Who would star in a film made about your life? Me, I want to be the star 
5. What’s the last book you read for fun? Can’t remember, Americanah? 
6. What’s a song that always gets stuck in your head? Any choir song that we are singing.
7. What is something you can’t live without? My dog
8. If you could have fancy brunch with anyone (living or dead) who would it be and why? A slave from the 18th century, to hear their micro history and counter narrative and hear their version of truth.  
9. What’s your favorite food? Mexican food 
10. Who is your personal hero/heroine: Oprah
11. What movie could you watch over and over? Stardust 
12. If you could visit any place in the world, where would you go? Back to Morocco. 
13. If you could go back and visit any time period, what time would you travel to and why? The time of the dinosaurs, because who wouldn’t want to do that? Hopefully I don’t get eaten.
14. What is your favorite word? Brouhaha 
15. Something people wouldn’t guess by looking at you is: My toes are super weird.
