Choir Bee of the Week: Stef Uhlenbruck '19

Meet our Choir Bee of the Week, Stef Uhlenbruck '19! As a first year, Stef is an incredibly active member of the musical community at Wellesley, having joined the Choir, the jazz band, and the orchestra in her first semester. Let's get to know our busy bee!

2. Favorite musical artist: Thrice
3. Favorite song to put you in a happy mood: Bang Bang by Jessie J, Ariana Grande, and Nicki Minaj
4. Who would star in a film made about your life? Jennifer Lawrence, I guess?
5. What’s the last book you read for fun? All the Light we Cannot See by Anthony Doerr
6. What’s a song that always gets stuck in your head? Anything we sing in choir or play in jazz band or orchestra
7. What is something you can’t live without? Music
8. If you could have fancy brunch with anyone (living or dead) who would it be and why? John Green. Or any other well-known author.
9. What’s your favorite food? Any type of pasta
10. Who is your personal hero/heroine: John Green
11. What movie could you watch over and over? Tangled
12. If you could visit any place in the world, where would you go? Iceland
13. If you could go back and visit any time period, what time would you travel to and why? The 1920s because I love jazz music and 20s clothing.
14. What is your favorite word? Serendipitous
15. Something people wouldn’t guess by looking at you is: I'm a competitive swimmer (or at least I was for a long time)
16. Why is a raven like a writing desk? Both prefer to be solitary.
